His interests in computers stem from the 1980’s when he got his first home computer; a Sinclair Spectrum and started re-programming the games!

He has a passion for music and connected an Atari ST (520) to several electronic keyboards with the software Pro24 by Steinburg (a 24 track digital mixer) to create some interesting sounds. This mix of music and computers remain to this day and are his two subject specialisms for teaching and learning.

Some of his activities/claim to fame include putting the music together and mixing for a ‘Red or Dead’ fashion show. Playing as part of a support band for Ted Rodgers, Paul Shane and Ken Dodd. Helped run an International Brass Festival as well as taught ICT and music to some of Britain’s most notorious and dangerous criminals.
